At Shapeshifters, we want you to love every silhouette you wear, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items. If your fit isn't perfect, we are here to help you find the right transformation or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original bags.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the journey back to our warehouse for you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
